Industrial Line

This product line includes all electromagnetic and permanent magnetic holding systems which are circular, flat, rectangular or rod-shaped.

The systems are used where loads, machine parts or workpieces must be held or transported safely, quickly and reliably. The solenoid systems also serve the purposes of machine or object protection and are primarily used in automation technology and in handling machines. DC-holding solenoids are so-called pot systems with magnetic circuits which are closed by the parts to be held, fixed or lifted.

The device can be fixed by threaded holes at the reverse side. The electrical connection can be made via litz-connection, terminal or plug. Depending on the application the respective protection regulations must be observed when working these systems.

The maximum holding power to be reached depends on the dimensions of the workpiece (length, width, thickness), the material and its structure, the roughness resp. flatness of the contact surfaces as well as on the behaviour of the air gap and the surface texture.

The magnetic forces indicated are reached at 90% of the nominal voltage and in warmed up condition.

The products are manufactured and tested according to DIN VDE 0580/07.2000.

(Due to the different designs the holding surfaces are zinced or polished. Therefore the customer must provide for a corrosion protection.)
