Oscillating Line

The Oscillating Line comprises all AC-systems in which the force of an alternating electromagnetic field is used to create a harmonious oscillating movement.

The oscillating frequency equals the connected mains frequency (drive frequency). These vibrators are special components (drives) for part feeders, vibration drives, dosing drives and conveying devices as well as components used in automation, conveying and process engineering. These drives are very sturdy, low-noise, maintenance-free and wear-resistant. For the individual adjustment of the vibration amplitude a separate control box from our accessory line is used. This system ensures a smooth, steady and effective material flow.

 The magnetic forces indicated are reached at 90% of the nominal voltage and in warmed up condition.

The products are manufactured and tested according to DIN VDE 0580/07.2000.
